Quotes and scopes are confirmed in writing before payment. Prices on the website are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for accurate contact and billing information.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, scrape the site without permission, or interfere with other users.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out." Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Washington County, Utah have jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration. Consumer protection laws in your state of residence may provide additional rights.
