What is included in an audit?

A live video walkthrough, review of your photos, scoring across six workspace zones, and a PDF report with prioritized action items. We focus on ergonomics, lighting, acoustics, and layout—not interior design makeovers.

How soon will I get my report?

Most reports are delivered within 48 hours after your walkthrough. Complex team scopes may take up to 5 business days—we confirm timing in your quote.

Do I have to buy new furniture?

No. We start with repositioning, lighting, and cable management. If new items might help, we describe general categories without endorsing specific brands.

Is this medical advice?

No. Our audits are educational workspace reviews. See our Disclaimer. Talk to a licensed provider about pain or injury.

Do you serve my state?

Yes. Remote audits are available in all 50 US states. In-person visits are by appointment at our St. George, Utah location.

How do refunds work?

Cancellation and refund rules are in our Refund Policy. Generally, full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your walkthrough and no report has been drafted.

How is my information used?
